Private Yoga Sessions

  • 60-minute session: $80

  • 90-minute session: $100

  • Travel fee (beyond 20-mile radius): $40

  • Sliding scale available for families experiencing financial hardship

I am a 500 E-RYT and teacher trainer with over 10 years of experience. I now specialize in guiding individuals through prenatal, postpartum, and mindful movement practices. My trainings include Sacred Birth Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Ayurveda for Pregnancy & Postpartum, Nervous System Regulation & breathwork for pregnancy and birth, and trauma-informed doula and yoga support.
